Chris Hasenauer originally joined Allworx in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 15 years of financial and telecommunications management experience to the company. Most recently, Chris served as the Vice President of Operations for Allworx, where he managed the division's manufacturing, quality assurance, technical support and logistical operations. Prior to joining Allworx, Chris served as Vice President of Finance at PAETEC Communications, a provider of voice, video and data solutions.
During his seven years with PAETEC, Chris had direct responsibility over the company's treasury, public reporting, and mergers and acquisition efforts. Chris played a prominent role in the company's early equity and debt financing transactions and helped negotiate and close seven PAETEC mergers and acquisitions. During PAETEC's start-up phase, Chris was instrumental in setting up the company's treasury and public reporting systems.
Prior to PAETEC, Chris worked for Deloitte & Touche from 1992 to 1999, eventually obtaining the position of Audit Manager with that firm. In this role, Chris performed audit and consulting services for a variety of high tech, manufacturing and service oriented firms. While at Deloitte, he held numerous training positions including working as a visiting instructor at the firm's European training center in Crete.
Chris received his B.A from the State University of New York at Geneseo and his M.B.A from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Plakosh, David

David has twenty five years of experience envisioning and architecting advanced digital products. He has been a leader and key contributor in all phases of product development - requirements definition, product definition, system design, implementation, and continuing engineering. David’s expertise includes embedded control systems, software design and development, systems engineering, project management and program management. His six patents are evidence of his technical foresight.
David is Chief Technical Officer of Allworx Corp and Vice President of Research and Development for PAETEC. David is responsible for the strategic direction of the Allworx business, the definition of the company's products and head of research and development for all CPE products and mobile applications at PAETEC including all of the products in the Allworx line.
In addition, David leads the Allworx Consulting engineering division. David and his consulting team provide product development engineering services to a wide variety of product development companies, gathering experience with new technologies and product concepts through this work. Under David’s leadership, the Consulting team has successfully developed products as diverse as hydrogen fuel cell controls, printing systems, locomotive control systems, remote sensing networks, and a cognitive evaluation device.
David is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Beckett, Jason

Jason Beckett has enjoyed an extensive history in building world class sales channels. With more than 20 years of telecommunications experience, Beckett has a reputation for developing and driving sales and marketing programs that are partner focused and true to the values that have proven to be his hallmark.
Prior to joining Allworx in October 2006, as Director of Sales, Beckett was Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing for Estech Systems, (ESI). During his 3 years there he created and executed the largest and most successful product launch in company history, doubled the number of resellers, and increased sales more than 100% – a feat not since duplicated.
Beckett also worked at Samsung Telecommunications America, Business Communications Systems Division, (STA), as the Director of Sales where he managed 4 new product launches, transitioned the channel into an elite partner organization and increased sales in 3 years to an all time high.
Beckett also held many positions at Comdial Corporation. In a span of more than 10 years, his achievements spanned from one of the top Regional Sales Representatives to Director of Product Planning.
Beckett holds a B.S. degree from the School of Public Communications at Boston University and recently graduated from the Wharton School’s Executive Management program on Strategic Thinking and Management for Competitive Advantage.

Elliott, J. Thomas

Mr. Elliott has over 35 years experience in the telecommunications and high-tech industries and has been instrumental in managing high growth companies. He began his professional career in telecommunications working for the Rochester Telephone Corporation in various operating and marketing roles and then went on to head several companies in the industry, including TIE Communications Canada where he was Chairman and CEO, Callnet Telecommunications (later Sprint Canada and now part of Rogers Communications) where he was President and CEO, and WilTel Communications Systems where he was Senior Vice President Marketing and Sales leading its 450 member telephone equipment and network sales force.
In the mid-nineties Mr. Elliott co-founded the marketing and consulting firm Quest America. When that company was later sold to USN Communications he was named COO of the parent company, and prior to its IPO he became CEO and Chairman of the Board. Upon the sale of USN to a network services provider in 2000, Mr. Elliott worked for several telecommunications and investment firms in a consulting capacity. While working as Chief Operating Officer of investment firm Hawkeye, Inc. Mr. Elliott was directly involved in establishing its acquisition strategy and in the financing, restructuring and revitalization of its acquired network and equipment operating subsidiaries.
Mr. Elliott has a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Windsor and is a past officer of industry associations in Canada and the United States.

Talbot, Christopher

With ten years of experience in telecommunications and more than fifteen years of strategic marketing experience, Senior Marketing Manager, Chris Talbot is responsible for developing and communicating the Allworx value proposition through branding, advertising, merchandising and related communication initiatives. Chris manages a centralized marketing communications organization for Allworx, developing integrated marketing strategies and collaborative result-oriented tactics.
Chris joined Allworx in February 2007, bringing a track record of success in telecommunications and technology marketing at Mpower, Global Crossing and Frontier. Most recently, Chris was Mpower’s Director of Marketing Communications, responsible for the overall corporate brand, communications and sales support programs.
Chris received his Bachelor’s Degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
