PAETEC Holding Corp. announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Allworx Corp., providing a tremendous boost to our vision of transitioning the small- and medium-sized business market to VoIP solutions. Being a PAETEC subsidiary allows us to offer more customers a seamless transition to VoIP – with the support of a forward-thinking communications solutions provider.
