1. Phone System

3. Advanced Features - Sold as options

  • The Allworx Call Assistant software tool allows operators and receptionist to transfer incoming calls directly to user extensions, auto attendants, parked calls, call queues, or call monitors. Users also have the ability to record all incoming and outgoing calls with the click of a button and dial directly from the Call Assistant application via their desktop.
  • Manage multiple incoming calls with Allworx Call Queuing software option. Allows businesses to easily distribute incoming calls up to 10 pre-defined queues. Businesses can pull full reports on the number of calls received, serviced, abandoned, exited and timed out for each queue with the Call Queues Reports.
  • Create a Virtual Private Network (VPN) that provides secure Internet access for remote employees or directly connects two office locations.
  • Schedule meetings in a flash using our Group Calendaring feature.
  • Internet Call Access software option allows businesses to send and receive calls over the Internet. This is a required software option to enable calls between multiple Allworx sites or to connect the Allworx system to an ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider).
